This program is free of charge and includes hands-on trade skills instruction, life skills, context-based Adult Basic Education, financial literacy, physical conditioning, workplace behavior skills, computer training, job search procedures and 18 months of job retention and case management services. Women go into employer-sponsored training, non-traditional employment or trade union apprenticeship programs.
