cupping is a real and helpful modality that has been done for 2 thousand years. what it does is "release" tight muscles when applied and left on. it also creats circulation of bodily fluids that sit stagnant and this creates disfunction/disease in the body. as a medical therapist i have seen people healed by this that have had cronic pain for 10 yrs. instead of "pushing" action of massage it creates "lifting/releasing" and breaks free scar tissue. it is a eastern modality that truely works! :)

as someone who has been doing cupping for years a vid like this does nothing to help explain what cupping can really do or how it can really help people. I love it done on my self and it helps my back. But a vid like this does not show what cupping can do or anything.
