Great job, John. Some suggestions: strange that the first three introduced themselves, and you introduce a new person in minute 3. I would also put the year in the "March in March" so that people know that it's not from previous years.
The "March in March" has an extra space between March and in. It's a little distracting to have the text flip back and forth - can that be static? Also, for one or two of the people, there's some jerkiness in the cuts - maybe a blend would be better?
