@thesmitch96 I think I spent about half that on it. What's available (and best for FS) changes all the time. This system is about 18 months old now, so I'm sure you could get better for less. I don't keep up with hardware enough to tell you what to get, though.
Hi Bill, I have the exact same case and a 750W corsair PSU. Now the thing with these PSUs means you have to install it upside down, so that the fan is facing up. I noticed your's is facing right side up and the fan is probably sealed away underneath.
Just a heads up, don't want things overheating right at the source!
for me to build this pc it would cost me $2275 NZD. $1,841.84 USD. i need a good pc to run fsx do you have any ideas. thanks smitch96

@guy014 Thanks for the heads-up. I'll check and make sure I'm not shooting myself in the foot, heat-wise. ;-)

Looks like a very beefy system! Will you be selling your old system, or will that be used for development, etc?
If you sell your GTX285, let me know. I'd be intrested :P

@acezboy561 Sorry Aidan, but I'm keeping my current rig for development work. I'll still spent the vast majority of my time staring at it. ;-)
