this gives the hendrix version a run for it's money. hendrix had the epic solo but this has far better vocals.

It's demo version recorded by the Band of Joy in 1968 with Robert Plant on vocals - it was released in 2003 on his album Sixty Six to Timbuktu, disc II.
But anyway - I prefer Jimi's interpretation ;)
