Day 326 Rotary 5100 NW Funds the Removal of Akha Children at CGT

We battled Rotary International and Rotary Lake Oswego, Oregon for two years to stop funding Children of the Golden Triangle. They finally pulled the funding because they said David Stevenson could not account for where the tens of thousands of dollars were going. Of course he couldn't. But they are at it again. They were warned, they were told these children were not abandoned, they were furious, they promised nothing would change. And Rotary has not. These rich white people in the NW continue to fund the removal of Akha children by an Australian who just can't stop taking Aboriginal children. They knew the harm it was causing, but they obviously don't care and continue funding one of the least transparent fake orphanages in Thailand that brags on taking 500 Akha children. Rotary is facing a PR war that will not quit.

We have tracked this down. Gov. Jenkins is gone, and guess who replaced him, Kristi Halvorson, the very woman in Lake Oswego Rotary that got support for David Stevenson going. Rotary 5100. You can google her name. She wouldn't even talk to us when we confronted her about it at the Salem convention center. You can google her name on our home website and see what happened then.
