About John Greenwood:
John Greenwood is a true pioneer of amateur filmmaking. A genuine auteur and passionate film enthusiast he embarked on a groundbreaking career of home filmmaking in the 60s using the Wiltshire countryside he loved as a spectacular backdrop. Making up for budget and technical restrictions with a boundless energy and resourcefulness John Greenwood shot full length feature films on Super 8 using a cast of amateur and semi-professional actors. Post production was achieved through countless sleepless nights hunched over a home editing suite.
