to those of you who are bashing cheerleadind and saying that it's not a sport Cheerleading IS a sport go through hours of practicing. and then see if you still think its not a sport people. go through hours upon hours of conditioning and flipping through the air and then tell me your opinion. try to lift a girl and throw her around for hours and see how much it hurts if your not properly prepared then haters tell me what you think.
