Boum ~ Charles Trenet cover

Ken Middleton http://www.youtube.com/user/KenMiddletonUkulele did Charles Trenet's La Mer (often referred to as Bobby Darin's Beyond The Sea) and I made a comment about singing it in French. If you haven't heard Trenet singing La Mer, it is a more café-jazz style than the 'swingy' Beyond the sea and is all the more alluring for it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fd_nopTFuZA

I didn't think I could do the song justice and the tune has been done by more (and better) musicians that me so I thought I'd have a go at Trenet's other most famous song Boum! There are some English lyrics by Trenet but I thought I'd have a go in the original language as it sounds much better that way - in my head it does!

@N3RDG4SM I am not French, nor am I a Fench speaker - the speed of the song was partly to allow me to get my tongue around the lyrics but mainly because it is a lovely melody that is lost somewhat in the original tempo.
