It looks like the CSX owns that crossing, judging by the DOT sign on the signal, and how the bells stop ringing once the gates are lowered. The MBTA-owned crossings put the DOT signs on the equipment bungalow and have the bells ring the entire time the signals are active (the railroad tracks in my area are owned by the MBTA.)

I Beileve This Was CSX Q114. He Will Make A Very Large Pickup In Worcester From P&W, Then Proceed To Ohio.
