  • It's amazing what people think passes as humour. Sorry this was awful it made me laugh!

  • funny callers. o shit! that was funny

  • haha. wow. this is insane. you're right...i must be "desensitized" to good entertainment. *whistling and eye rolling here*

  • The fact that someone does not like this show and/or takes it so seriously means that Talkin Funny is some for reals comedy. And it is some for reals good comedy. Good work gentlemen.

  • People can get desensitized to entertainment if they're always exposed to the same quality and flavor. Whether it's music or comedy, it's nice to take a step back, a deep breath, and enjoy something simple and silly.

The awkwardness is endearing, and not dissimilar to what most local TV like in their more candid moments. I think this is delightful and absurd.

  • Sasha and the Noob are the cutest and funniest guys on tv!

  • Averagejoe2, I think you've pointed out some intentional designs of this particular clip. Sort of like complaining about Dr. Katz being "animated with squiggly lines" or South Park being made from "simple constructed paper cutouts".

Focus less on the design aspects of the show and more on the overall package.

I really like their work. I think it's actually pretty funny. Don't be discouraged guys. Keep up the good work!

  • This is a real opportunity for people to interact with the comedy community in Chicago. It airs live. It's lighthearted and silly, and you'll notice small children regularly call in delighted to be on TV, as well as jaded adults training to be police officers. The awkwardness is always intentional, and unavoidable. It's not the cheap laugh-a-second stuff Youtube viewers may be used to, but it's a priceless view into Chicago comedy, and a very whimsical, inimitable, and accessible example of it.

  • As performers, I would imagine that you want to hear honest reactions to your work. So here goes. Wow. This is really bad. Beyond not funny, this is the painful, embarrassing, uncomfortable kind of unfunny. That accent is brutal...not offensive at all, just plain not funny. If it weren't for the cute girl, this would have been a total waste of time. BAD BAD really BAD. Good luck to you, but don't give up the day jobs!!
