a mashed up news broadcast that attempts to disentangle the ways voices speak about people in parallels or tandems, so, camerons voice, appearing once, manages to speak two streams, one to the people in his country, one to the dictators of the world. the people of said dictators country are not spoken to by people from the outside unless the discourse is colonial, as in the case of american tv's influence in the late 20th century. thing is, i cant disentangle the voices so i used a close up of a light buld to represent that. the light bulb is uncannily like the figure of an american gunship delivering death in a hovering strafe. i avoid most news stations techniques, sexy anchor, lying scripts, flashy edits rendered inartistically, my news broadcasts are gonna recast the news a distance from the propaganda streams currently crushing the populace around us.
