You really don't get it do you... how can you compare Germany to terrorists? Defeating Germany was simple: pound the country down until the leadership was forced to submit. There is no easily achievable objective when fighting terrorists because there is no set power structure, and even after Bin Laden is killed (maybe from all the loughing) it does not mark the end of terrorism. Terrorism is a concept, not an entity, and it can't really be removed.

1234uz, Bin Laden is loughing at you..8 Years with the whole Nato troops can't find him and it took them longer than WW2 to successfuly occupy Afghanistan. The Nazi was defeated in less than 5 years, the most powerful country at the time. are you telling me, Nato can't defeat a "Group" not even a whole army. The Taliban are less than 30000 and the US army alone in Afghanistan are 60000, let alone the rest of the western powers in Afghanistan..
