i do simran but never do yoga. i'm a khalsa ready to fight evils, ask these white sikhs, r they ready 4 the khalsa raaj. i can tell u they r not. waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fathe

@jassi18hk a humble request try doing more simran ...it will help in reducing all the negative thoughts which you have.

the other thing.gure ji never limited sikhi to colour, race, cast of anything, infarct this this is one of the reason for the creation of sikh religion.

i never saw a gora sikh sacrifies his life for the Khalsa Panth. they can only do yoga and call themselves sikhs but the punjabi sikhs always sacrifies himself for other right. calling as a sikh is very easy like gora sikhs do but being a khalsa is very difficult.
