they want to call the beginning "nothing" and say that "something" couldn't come from nothing. if their god is something and he is the beginning, didn't he come from nothing? they then go to say that only nothing can come from nothing. so their god is nothing? that's not only blasphemy, that's flawed blasphemy! they're going straight to hell.

Anything the human mind cannot make sense of is immedietly discarded as foolishness. In the thirteen hundreds, if you were to say that it is possible for a man to walk on the moon, you would have been mocked and regarded as a fool, because such a thing simply could never happen. "Random" does not mean without cause, it just means unpredictable. We don't know yet if we can predict results with perfect knowledge because we don't have perfect knowledge.

Lastly, life results from the NONRANDOM SELECTION of randomly variation organisms.

@alltiedup217 Does it count if I died and seen mine and not any other? What is science to a Christian? What is science? Science: a branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws. Therefore why not a prefix to the definition to the Christian which is to study how God did with the study dealing with a body....etc. You do bring a very good point for an open discussion of there being more to man and life.

@jackiefl1982 sure why not you think the "designer did. you think the eye is a good "design" ? and why do you think it had to be one designer ? why not a race of them, you have no evidence for any of the claims you make.Why can they not happen spontaneously what evidence do you have for any of the stuff your asserting.you don't understand something so you get a god to fill the gaps.Not just any god but your own personal god of the christian bible..silly

@ChelsHamable Exactly. Scientists still can't figure out that one. Truth is they don't want to own up to the nature of sin. Scripture says they are without excuse as creation testifies to the proof of God's existence and God has written it upon their hearts. All they have to look at is the complexity of everything and they would know that it needs a Designer. They won't go there though because then there is a reality of God's true existence.

@alltiedup217 The proof is in creation and how complex everything really is. Do you really think that a design can come out by chance without a designer? Do you think a watch can make itself? Absurdity. You need to study how complex the universe really is, how about the human body? Check out how the eye works. This can not happen spontaneously and needs a designer. It's more complex than any computer made by human today. Are you telling me then that the universe can come about by chance?

(cont) Doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that a design needs a designer and something as complex as this universe is going to happen by chance. Yeah right! Look at a cell of a human being. It is complex and by the way, Darwin said if scientists find that it's more than a simple cell then his theory is not probable. (I'm paraphrasing and don't remember the book that's written in). His theory literally breaks down. The cell complex and scientists can't figure it out still.

@alltiedup217 Because there is real eye witnesses to Jesus Christ and Scriptures have been tried to be disproved all these years, and yet no one can disprove it. Why? Because it is FACTUAL and have been backed up by scientists. The truth is that people don't want to face up to their own guilt of sin so they leave God out of the equation from the very beginning. This is faulty Science in itself. God also was not created. Everything else has been created.

C. Lyell heavily influencec C. Darwin. Lyell was a lawyer & geologist who had an agenda, to uproot the Mosaic model of creation-the Bible. He said as much, & Darwin knew this. Lyell's theory of uniformitarianism is just as false as evolution is. There're only 2 views on how we got here, creation or evolution. Creation is Biblically based, evolution is humanistic & whole heartedly embraced by all God haters, & liberal "Christian" compromisers. So Lyell's religious bias drove his "science".
