Don Ameche, who appeared regularly on Edgar's Chase & Sanborn radio shows in the '30s and '40s, is also heard during the Snerd segment. Usually, Ken Carpenter was Bergen's announcer during the '40s...and occasionally, Bill Goodwin filled in for him.
