Salsa fans in the Dominican Republic enjoyed Belio Antonio: Simplemente Yo (Simply Me), during live television and radio appearances with his "Dream Team" salsa band March 4th through the 15th.

Belio Antonio delivered live performances on popular television shows such as Noti Espectaculos con Jary Ramirez, Facturando con Gerardo Encarnación, El Show del Medio Día, Sabado de Corporan and La Mirilla during this official promo tour. He was also interviewed alongside salsa star Jose Alberto el Canario and Golden Mic Award winning salsa DJ Junior "El Grande" Rodriguez on Neon 89.3 FM, and by salsa critic Alexis Mendez on Quisqueya FM 96.1.

"Bringing my salsa songs and music to the Dominican Republic is especially meaningful to me because this is where it started with the support, love and energy of outstanding Dominican musicians and singers and under the direction of arranger Juan Valdez. The DR is also where I spent my teenage years and nurtured my passion for salsa," reveals Belio Antonio.

During these live appearances Belio Antonio performed "Ella Fue," "Tortura de Amor," "No se Compra," "No Temas Mi Carinito," and "El Sabor 'Ta Aqui." He also answered phone and chat questions from fans in places like Belgium, South Africa, the U.S., and throughout Latin American and the Caribbean. Questions spanned his experience as a salsa singer and scholar, his diet and lifestyle, the sources of his inspiration and his identity as a Latino among others.
