Just a sample workout I love to do. Fully Integrative explosive intensive training. Try this see how you like it.
Wearing 30lb Vest. 2 10lb Clubbell Swings, Swipes, 35lb Sandbag Clean and Squat, Around the World,Plyometric Push-Ups, Plyometric PullUps, 1 Min Jump Rope, 1 min rest; 6 rounds. 5 reps of each exercise.
