  • Funny how GM dropped these cars! Caprice, Firebird, T/A , Cutlass, GP, Camaro. Now they cry bail us out! You corporate pussy's make me sick! Especially how you forget what cars made you popular, or you just bring back the Nova with some puky little Toyota. Where did you learn business, barfing in some college toilet?

  • Ol' Jimbo could flat drive!

  • @Oldgmlover People nowadays want shitty cars with high MPG, and GM delivers. Just be glad they still make the C06 and Camaro. It's not GM's fault afterall.

  • @janosleng73 and also the Monte Carlo is another one!

  • @Oldgmlover don't forget they replaced the Malibu and Impala with shitty FWD designs that just don't hold a candle to the legendary cars of the same name of the past!

  • There were 8 Rockford tv movies that aired on CBS from 1994-1999.

  • As much as i love Rockford Files i have to say that these reunion movies were only so so. Its so true. "You can't go home again".. I think the directors tried too hard in some of these. The chase scenes were over shot and not shot how they would be on ROCKFORD. It was not done in editing. It was done in wide shots showing the DRIVING. And Rockford would never ever say.. "Loose em". He just would!!!

  • @sxgnln ended in 1980; Garner wanted to do more and has since regretted this decision to end the show. Bad health though.

  • @stevefromPA2 The series did end in the late '70s early '80s. But, there was a movie made, seems like mid to late '80s or so, called "The Rockford Files; I Still Love L.A." I remember seeing it so many years ago, but haven't seen it since. Can't find any traces of it anywhere so far.

  • @midmodgal Agreed. Poor Jim, he was a down to earth kinda guy that was ALWAYS getting beat up, arrested, or stiffed. Gotta love that show.

  • I thought this show ended in the 80s...but im seein a 90s vette, grand prix and geo storm in the car carrier...

  • @sxgnln That's because they were using REAL CARS back then and you could tell the difference. Same with Hawaii 50 and many other cool pre-80's shows.
