    I really like these. The sugary foods give me acid reflux on the bike but these don't and give me a real boost. Only change I make is I use coconut oil instead of olive oil.

    japanese onirgiri has nothing to do with rice cakes, except being made from rice as well. rice cakes are made for another preparaditon of dishes like tteokboki

    You know, "rice cake" is "o-ni-gi-ri" in Japan. This is compleltly different way to cook it. "Oni-gi-ri" is a concreated(fixed) rice and it is easy to eat it in every different status, even riding your bike. I think that Mr. Lim does not know "oni-giri" and he has to know it. Because of that this is extremely good for the cyclist, even the team of Garmin.
