I hope that the grains are washed before use? namely, they touched wheels on carts.

@kyosuke19971 Sometimes the grain gets so deep that the wagons are ploughing it out of the way. Now and then a dead rat or pigeon drops out of the wagon and the spillage gets swept off the ground when we finish. Still going to eat bread ? I am, nothing has changed in 50 years.
