Oh come on man I never met a German who didn't speak English. I am from Bosnia and I know that even in the Balkans you NEED to learn English...and all young people speak it. I hear everyday the euro is collapsing, the dollar is collapsing, america is collapsing.....people love fake drama which is not true.

@drazenkoj1990 - well, my impression after talking to many many Europeans, is that majority of them are against the EU as a union. As for English - in most European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain) the English level is not very good, and some people cannot even speak it. The Euro is collapsing, and there is no justification for continuing this failing union.

Atually the EU does have a common language, English.
People speak English in all parts of Europe.
And no most Europeans are not against the union. That's why it exists.
Most Serbians, for example, are against it. Which is why Serbia is not in the EU.

The EU will not last more than a few years..it will collaps.
Nothing in common between the different countries that are part of the EU.. they don't share the same language, traditions, culture, and some are even hostile to each other... In addition, there is no one foreign policy or military that is mutual to all the countries in the union. Most Europeans are against this crappy union anyway, and the only thins that is common to most EU countries is the Euro, that turned out to be a failure.
