  • how tall is rickie? and why don`t they use brown labradors?

  • @tara6692 I haven't actually measured how tall Ricki is, I can tell you that she is only about 50#. There are actually 2 brown lab puppies in training right now. There is just not a lot of the gene that makes the brown color in the breeding stock, so that's why there are so few.

  • I want to say that your work with these dogs are amazing and no words can say thank you enough for what you guys do to help the ones who need it.

  • Great series, very interesting especially to someone who wants to know how you tame the dog's natural instincts. I have a very large muscular pedigree labrador, whose body shape leansislike a newfie. He would drag me in front of a bus to chase a cat, or bird, He would pull me down a grass bank to get into the water. His father was bred as an airport sniffer and he has the same characteristics, he would not make a guide dog, however I regret not being able to utilize his sniffing tendencies.

  • Nice dog training... Thank you... I've got idea from you.. Now your dog won't bother the pigeons ever..

  • Awesome video very cute dogs.

  • @MrCmlhe check out some of the early episodes, we show a little house training. We do keep a leash on the puppy most of the time and do set ups to train them to leave items they are not suppose to have.

  • Hi I'll like to ask a question.

How do you teach a gide dog puppy house manners, and how do you teach ricki not to grab food from counters etc?

    I'm just curious

    Thanks.

    A really good show!
