I'm worried I'll lose all my old footage so have Youtubed my favo urite stuff! This clip makes me smile - Elliot grumpily skinning through a forest because he's sick of following me around the Chamonix valley, Elliot getting flushed down a couloir and of course a rare video appearance by the great Ali Rainback. If anyone else has footage of Ali skiing get it online!
5 minutes from a practice documentary I made about ski & snowboard touring when I was logging days for my European Mountain Security Exam in 2005.
Elliot Green and Ali Rainback explain the benefits of skiing away from the pistes while Graeme Chalmers and George Reid highlight some of the dangers.
Elliot is riding a home made split board which he cut himself using a circular saw.
