Not necessarily the easiest. with DeathSmiles. Most achievements in that game are ridiculously easy, such as: Start a New Game, Pause the game, use a continue. you also get an achievement for each boss you beat. Keep in mind, this game takes maybe half an hour to beat.

I think I may have found a just as easy accomplishment. In the PSN game .detuned, you get a trophy for LOOKING AROUND WITH THE CAMERA CONTROLS.
