Just a solid set. I felt form was on point too. I will tell you that on the last rep, I almost blacked out (lost some vision) because I was literally on fumes. Still got the rep though and lowered it with authority!

  • @verano29 bro, ur theory that perfect form with baby weight makes u grow is a joke. i can't stress enough how incorrect this is. You have to overload the muscle, maintain DECENT form, and control the negative. you don't have to not move your elbow at all or sit so perfectly straight, that is not necessary and you will see that almost all successful bodybuilders train in this way. I hate this false information being spread as fact.

  • @mofon1 Same here (: My bicep fatique and wont recover. I might do 15 reps first set of DB curls, and the next set after a break on 2-3 mins i can only hit like 10 reps - max!

    everytime i do db bicep curls after 4 set of 6~8reb of 70 barbell.

    i can't even curl a 25bd for 4 reps....

    am i not resting enough or what....
