RKC kettlebell instructor candidates have the opportunity to demonstrate their kettlebell teaching skills at the Dragon Door kettlebell certification. At the October 2007 over ninety guests, affectionately known as "unsuspecting victims", volunteered for a free kettlebell lesson on the last afternoon of the certification.

Yeah, but if they're at an RKC event I would hope they did.

There were more than just that comment I was commenting on.  It's really not a big deal either way...not many people know the true proper form for these lifts.

No need to get scared. It was just a mature lady who didnt keep her arm straight in a turkish get up, she was clearly struggling and that was why the instructor was rncouraging her.

You can hear some of these trainers telling people that are using poor form and posture that they are doing a great job...that scares me a bit.
