This is a video about deforestation, the effects it has on our ecosystem, and what we can do to stop it. Special guest appearance by Lanipator in the introduction. I do not own the song, please do not pirate it. Buy it legally on Itunes. I mean, seriously, its one dollar or less.

I just want you to know Erika I am a total eco freak, how ever I also believe in engineering. It takes more energy to recycle paper than it does to make new? Not to mention in the US it is required that you replant tree(s) for everyone you cut down for buisness? I think its great that you are getting into this. You should really watch "Trash Inc." that is gross.

lol@Lani. Man I wish I knew you in person. From your videos it seems like you'd be an awesome person to just hang out with.
As for the topic at hand, I've got no idea what I can do. I do recycle everything that can be that I get rid of so I at least do that. But maybe I should look into helping plant trees hmm. I actually like my city. It's got a lot of parks and really supports keeping as much natural look as we can.

I guess you won't mind if I translate it to czech. It's an important cause and I think more people should know about it. Just to make sure, the song in the background is "Colors of the wind" from Pocahontas, right?

well 70% of the oxygen comes from the ocean great amount of plant life like reefs and algeo but tree do play a major role in controlling water flow and ecosystem too as well as the importance of fresh water that is only 7% of all the water on the planet

@Lanipator That would help, but the only true way to save the forest is to consume the few remaining buffalo left on Earth until there are none left, the way our ancestors intended.
