RTP E2 Backscatter is common here in S Portugal the afternoons and evenings from TEP signals. The transmitter is located in Muro,N Portugal.
Video Carrier 48.242 MHz which the sound recording.

A small amount of the signal reflected by the TEP propagation comes back towards where it came from. The signals are always very distorted and normally not very strong, suffering from severe multipath distortion.Radio Hams have more success on 50 MHz with these sorts of signals.
