I had the distinct pleasure of seeing The Rite performed by Kwadrofonik (2 pianos, 2 percussionists) in Krakow last December. Fantastic! Check out their vids on YouTube.

Its just not edgy enough in the winds. sounds too. . .I want to say legato for the lack of a better word. haha the SFO and MTT have ruined this piece for me. nobody plays it better.
