Once you get through the chine walk you will be okay. I have a Checkmate that has a pad. My checkmate gets up on the pad at about 55 -60 mph. Hydro Streams are fast wish they were built a little better.

actually, that boat was not designed for that kind of horsepower. that much power wasn't available when that boat was designed and built...however, they run great with big power in the right hands. ..been driving vectors,vkings and vipers for almost 30 yrs. there are faster boats but none more fun.

JohnLowry, I would really like to know the type of boats you teach people how to drive. Have you ever driven a deep V at over 100mph???
Ataraxia27, the boat has no flaws... your trying to balance on a small portion of the boat at high speeds and it naturaly pulls to one side so you have to constantly counter steeer. I bet if any nerd tried to drive that boat they would kill themselves before reaching 80mph.
