Math Rocks NJN / Classroom Closeup NJ

Musicians and teachers Gary Hank, Kenney Lutz, and Anne Bercaw, play math songs for their students at Lopatcong Middle School in Phillipsburg . The tunes help the students learn about math in a fun and memorable way. The group of teachers call themselves 2 + 1.

Classroom Close-up, NJ is a magazine program focusing on innovative education in New Jersey's public schools. A co-production with the New Jersey Education Association, this series features students, teachers, and communities who create and participate in successful school projects and events.
