You folks will want to check out Voodoo Dolls of the Elite parts 1, 2. and 3. The point is, the U.S. citizen is a legal fiction. Burt hasn't gotten rid of his token, his citizen, he's just not identifying himself that way. He still has a token on the chessboard. But now he's bypassed the tokens and the board and is dealing with the other people sittin' around the board, man to man.

So where the fuck are you gunna live?? can you now be deported to like a deserted island or something? or you moving to cuba? I'm serious, are you actually leaving the country or just making a fuss..bc i doubt youre going anywhere and if you are where the hell to because youre now a citizen of NO WHERE...congratulations, you know have even LESS rights than you did before, how are you going to get a drivers license, health care, get a job to support yourself, so on and so on?/ this seems stupid.

We all have ALL rights; then, we give them to the private corporation dba the U.S. You can take them back. The trick is defending them against invasion by the corporation, and that's where the lawsuits come in.

Section 349(a)(5) of the Immigration & Nationality Act : A person wishing to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship must voluntarily & w/intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship:

1. appear in person before a U.S. consular or diplomatic officer

2. in a foreign country (U.S. Embassy/Consulate)

3. sign an oath of renunciation

Renunciations that do not meet the conditions described above have no legal effect. Americans cannot effectively renounce their citizenship by mail, thru an agent, or while in the US.

Complete 5 copies of DS forms 4079, 4080, 4081, 4082, and 4083. Pay 450 bucks. File IRS from 8898 and wait for them to send you a cancelled US passport and DS form 4083. File the documents with the US consulate and/or US embassy OUTSIDE of the USA. I did. In fact I burned my US passport today. Having a 2nd citizenship is a great idea but you can also go stateless as is stated in FM 1260.

@congoredjr This is exactly correct. If you send off paperwork like this without holding citizenship in another country and if you do not send it from another country it will be rejected.

Actually, we do not get our RIGHTS from documents like the Magna Carta, etc. These docs merely RECOGNIZE our rights. As a "people" you already have ALL RIGHTS. As a U.S.Citizen, you have waived your rights and consented to the jurisdiction of the corp. masquerading as the constitutional republic. You can renounce your citizenship by writing a letter. Simple.

That's not how you renounce US citizenship. The magna carta has no freaking strength in the US. The articles of confederation are not enacted, they were replaced by the constitution. First step to renouncing citizenship: Know what the fuck you're talking about. You can only renounce US citizenship in a foreign country at a diplomatic mission in front of a consular officer.
