Clip from Episode 1.47, "Emerald Duck" - Gadget, Penny, and Brain have a close encounter with a moose. Later, they have another close call as their plane starts nosediving.
Lucky for Penny, MAD chooses planes with Fly-by-Wire controls. Amazing recovery for an obviously low performance passenger aircraft, too. Listen carefully when Penny gains control of the plane, you can hear the sound of a prop-engine restarting, rather than the jet engines the plane is equiped with. Even a Mustang wouldn't be able pull out of that dive so late. But the part I like best, is how Gadget says he's going to return the duck caller to the store, but then he throws it in the drink.
First of all, the plane should have broken up from speed and G-force, secondly, if it did survive that, it would break to pieces on the water, and if it survived that, it would hardly float and there would at least be some fire once the engines had been broken up and ignited. Hehe.
Why did he throw the duck caller in the water directly after saying he was taking it bake to the store?
