what drives me nuts is that no matter what tagine I make, liquid always bubbles out of it over onto my stove.. am I using too much?

@lintonpair Water that you add to the tagine depends on the vegetables used in this tajine, for example if you add tomatoes, you don't need to add water or may be 2 Tbs not more. In general the sauce of the tajines should be a little and thick.

@MarocHistoire Merci, si c'est une 1ère recette que tu vas réaliser avec le tajine, je te conseille de commencer avec un tajine de viande hachée, c'est trés facile et ne prend pas beaucoup de temps, tu trouveras la recette sur ma page ou sur mon blog. N'oublies pas d'utiliser la plaque de tajine, si non, il risque de se casser.
