thease are traditonal northern and southern shaolin forms and are very famous there in the shaolin manuscips now in english. 5th brother has some movies like 8 diagram pole fighter with a incredible story of its origen. master campbell and alan venable would be a good teachers in phx i think . agane there are many good staff forms thease are my favorites.
