Here are my Shaolin staff forms and fighting staff forms. Wind Staff, Magic Staff, Wind Demon, Shaolin 1, 5th Brother Spear & Honan Staff. I have taught these forms to many Kung Fu and Kajukenbo practitioners.

  • thease are traditonal northern and southern shaolin forms and are very famous there in the shaolin manuscips now in english. 5th brother has some movies like 8 diagram pole fighter with a incredible story of its origen. master campbell and alan venable would be a good teachers in phx i think . agane there are many good staff forms thease are my favorites.
