"Beefgoogle" you're right. Sometimes it is a cluster, but normally we follow thru with ICS & have some trucks stage out a block & come in as requested. I know I heard them say to pull past the residence, which I know we usually do, but something happened apparently. But, that's where our post-incident meetings help out. That's almost the first thing talked about, after, "did everyone hear the alarm ok?" Thanks for the input & for watching!

Glad to see you made the grab of a beloved family pet. Good job!! I realize I wasn't there nor do I claim to know your staffing levels / limitations, but some good old fashioned truck work here may be something you want to address for future incidents. Just a constructive observation.
