Nice abs bro. U work out?

lol I'm surprised no one has mentioned or asked if he works out or not..

@GIDAN2987 I beg to differ. I rather not shoot a 6 shooter in a shootout. You have 6 times to TRY to hit me compared to my 14 rounds I will be firing back. You have between 10-15 seconds to empty and reload your cylinder, compared to my 1.5-2 seconds I have to change magazines and rack my slide back and fire 14 more rounds at you. Don't get me wrong, revolvers are good, but I like to carry KNOWING I will have to stop multiple threats which means xd 45 compact with an extra mag in my pocket

@daanderson911 Pulling family out of harm's way? Psh. This family would each have a gun in hand. =D
Ah dun care if yo fahv yeez ode. Now pick up dat gun an' shoot!

@pps67 You get what you pay for.
I think the only exception to this rule is the Taurus PT92. Then again, that really doesn't count since it's a clone of the old 92FS.

@WINDHAMMAN The best gun for concealed carry is the one you're best with. Try a couple out, see which ones you are best with, and go with that one. The reason is because if you hate the gun, you will not practice with it and you will suck with it. Chances are, you will also not carry it. These scenarios would leave you defenseless in a life and death situation even if your magazine held 500 rounds.

@bigloc430 Yes, that is the 3" SP101. I really like the 3" in preference to the shorter barrels. The extra barrel length makes a very real difference in velocity, and an even bigger difference in how easy it is to shoot the gun well. I personally think even the shorter barrelled SP101 is too bulky and heavy for pocket carry. The gun is an ideal compact belt gun, though, and in that capacity I think the advantages of the longer barrel outweigh any disdavantage.

I have a concealed gun permit-I'm looking for a lightweight revolver for personal protection any thoughts or suggestions?
I'm not sure which is best 38 44 45 357
cool video btw

@WINDHAMMAN If you are looking for a lightweight revolver, I'd look hard at a Ruger LCR in .38 Special +P, or a Taurus 85UL, also in .38+P

Great! Someone that presents from the holster! (Everyone else thinks they will have gun-in-hand if they ever need it I guess) Anyhow, Kudos. One thing, I've noticed that it is also helpful to practive with OLY my strong hand... Not using the weak hand to lift the shift - Afterall, what if you were pulling your wife/child/neighbor out of harms way with that hand? Otherwise - Great job and keep up the practice!

A good idea. It's been a while since I've done so. I'll throw some of that practice in next time we are at the range.
