  • @flickeringlamppost nope, parry riposte left

  • Nadie da eso como punta en línea... ataque no, contraataque

  • @sanoichiro1 the coming together of blades was clearly not incidental - left fencer can be seen to attempt a parry, albeit weakly. Therefore the priority is his and his riposte scores.

  • Attack from the right is parried (albeit weakly) by fencer on the left - this gives priority to the left for his riposte to score - point therefore to the left. The point in line hit from the right fencer is therefore a renewal after the left fencer's riposte.

  • Attack from right no

counter attack from left touche point

  • @ejemyr wats PiL

  • attack no, counter attack arise touche left

  • I was under the impression that a point in line established at the end of an attack does not take priority over an immediate counterattack.

  • If left parry, then point left

    No blade engagement point right

  • Attack right, maintains point in line, left counter attack, no parry - point right. Left fencer does a half retreat does not parry. Right fencer maintains point in line.
