Frozen shoulders are a common complaint and may take upto 2-3 years to completely resolve. They can cause stiff and painful movements and restrict your everyday activities.
Arthroscopic releases can be performed to help get your range of movement back and also allows the surgeon to identify any other problems within your shoulder. Following controlled releases the shoulder can then be gently manipulated so to improve the range of movement of the shoulder. This is then followed by physiotherapy.
