Fresh after Eddie figured out how to tap, he and Van Halen played a gig at the Pasadena civic center on 10/15/77, where he unveiled the new technique, finalizing what would become the greatest solo of all time. Set to pictures of Ed from the reunion tour.

@Lucicsux Dude...will u just relax! As previously stated, im on common ground w/ adnoydall ovr eruption. I like it, but i do think it is ovr used. & adnoydall only ever commented on the eruption. NOT EVH!!! He even siaid he is familiar w/ other eddie solos. Maybe the problem is u have ure head so far up your ass u can't fuckin' think right. Take a second & get some perspective. Again, im cool w/ adnoydall.

@IntoVariety247 For me, GNR had a few truly awesome songs. Those r Welcome to the Jungle, Sweet Child 'O Mine, Out ta get me, & Paradise City. I like the other songs but these 4 r my favorites. But i still hate axl. He's just a total douche!

@06FreddyKrueger lol for 3-4 minutes when I first heard "Jungle" I thought Awright, something to counter pop metal like VHs "Jump" and newbie Bon Jovi's pop power ballads. But then Axl kept signing "you could be mi-EE-ine" "knockin on heavens do-OO-or" "as a child I'd hi-EE-de"

@IntoVariety247 I agree, i have 33 van halen songs, simply because i love the sound if them. The guitar, drums, vocals, & bass all come together perfectly. I also don't totally hate slash, he's good too. I like gnr as mush as vh. But, no offense to anyone, we can probably agree that axl rose is a dick. Am i right?
