She doesn't snub her at all! Elizabeth already put her hand on her shoulder and Glenn politely said 'hi' to her and continued greeting the rest (with a handshake, indeed). And a few seconds later she looks Elizabeth right in the eyes as Elizabeth tells the 'park anecdote' and responds friendly and politely.. It's just because many people know these two women have completely opposite political views, they automatically think that they can't be civilized and see things that aren't there.
