I'm from Denmark. I'm really interested in subways/metros and trains, and I have a question. Is the an actual driver in NY subway, or is it radio controlled? Please answer:)

@asdfkie It's absolutely true. Some say its the work of one man... He sneaks up behind you in a crowd and just before the train speeds into the station, he pushes you directly into its path, and certain death. His name...is Branden Funkmeister.

@Liiebez it's like any other big city, u can visit the "safe zones" and still have some bad surprises or go to some other neighborhoods and doesn't get robbered at all...

@91puzzlesolver nah. that's a poor subway - many stations in ny are covered in art, but only in richer neighborhoods.

@asdfkie No, not true. Although in it's over 100 year run, I'm sure it has occurred at least once. Most accidents on the Subway are due to the person's own actions....like being very drunk.
