Mars Hill Kids is teaming up with The Rizers for a Scripture-packed, sing-a-long worship experience.

We know that the Word of God is sharper than a double-edged sword. We also know that singing Scripture is a fun way for kids to worship God while simultaneously learning about who He is. During worship at Mars Hill Kids, these two realities work together.

Starting this Sunday, your children will sing along with new animated videos from The Rizers featuring songs from both their albums. Each week, the Bible verse featured in the video will be paired with the big idea your kids learn about in their Doctrine for Kids lesson. Teaching and music will work together to point to Jesus and the truths He reveals in Scripture.

The songs featured in these ultra high-energy videos are available for purchase on The Rizers albums, so by pairing your family guide (free from your local MH Kids) and your Rizers album (available for purchase), you can continue to leverage these resources as you instruct and shepherd your kids throughout the week.

This Sunday, on the launch of Doctrine for Kids, kids will be learning about The Trinity and singing Psalm 136:4-2. Take a peek at the first video here.

  • Seems like a fun worship song for kids. But I don't quite understand why the guitarist randomly raises his left leg...

  • @vikakond What makes a song secular, and what makes a song Christian? If the lyrics center around God - it is an offering; a song to Him. That is worship. You are assuming that the instrumentation dictates its categorization. Sorry, it doesn't.

  • @vikakond if we were lucky enough to live a society in which this was just like secular music, would we even be sinners? my experience is that most secular music is kinda sinful. This is kinda worshipful.

  • @Biederbeck05 In fact, I think she has watched it about 100 times

  • @xXForgottenFallXx It's 'cause he's rockin' out! :D

  • Interesting how little guitar, bass guitar, or acoustic drums there are in this song...

  • NICE! need more songs like this!

  • @vikakond There was a time when traditional hymns were just like secular songs with the word "God" in the lyrics.
