מאז מבצעים כמו אנטבה, מטוס סבנה ומעלות, הפכה מדינת ישראל לסמל של מקצוענות בתחום הלחימה בטרור. יוצאי ימ"מ וסיירות מחוזרים בצבאות לאומיים ופרטיים ברחבי העולם. בבית הספר ללוחמה בטרור של צה"ל מנסים לתעל את היריבות המסורתית בין סיירת מטכ"ל לימ"מ, על השאלה מי יבצע את ההשתלטות באירוע חטיפה - לתחרות בונה.

אחת לשנה מתקיימת שם תחרות בין כל היחידות המובחרות, כשבמטווח הקולנוע מופיעות מולם דמויות אויב ודמויות חפים מפשע. המטווח בודק במדויוק את מהירות התגובה של הלוחם והיכן פגע כל כדור שירה.

What would any reasonable government do when surrounded by hostile people bent on your destruction??
