  • Nicola, take Steve Cram's advice and aim for the 800m in 2012.

  • i think a peak sanders would bronze in 800m/400m at 2012 (either not both). in pure speed term she beets christine. she needs to anchor the relay. however if intuition serves me correctly , i believe in 10 years time one would look back and see 2007 as her peak yr (ie this race and osaka) pls a relay medal in 2012. welcome any comments.

  • Great race !!! good speed and stamina as well. Hope she can get this form again this season.

  • Yeah she's not done anything that equates to this or osaka since. I think she's a more talented sprinter than Christine O, but that's just me!

  • Nic is on of my fave athletes! She did great in Osaka, I'll be keeping an eye on her for Beijing.

  • Totally. Stay injury free Nicola, and you may even give Sanya a run for her money.

  • To run 50 flat Indoors shows she can improve her 49.6 sec PB when she is fit for a whole winter & Season, I think she can break Kathys British record if she can get fitness back, Maybe 49.30.

  • Nicola ran an 800m race in the USA yesterday, she won easily, IAAF said they went through in 61.3 seconds, and she finished on a 2.03.00, she sat behind and kicked at 600m, won by 5 metres, seems impressive.

  • Her form continued into the Osaka World Championships later that year when she got a silver medal behind Christine Ohroughu, both of whom ran personal bests.

  • great sweet ass

  • j'adore son prénom lol.

c'est tres bonne spécialiste du 400m

mais hélas elle n'as pas brillée lors des jeux de pékin .

  • good luck nicola
