These pants really suck. They rip when you wash them even on gentle cycle. The TacLite pants are more durable.

you said these are a cotton polyester mix, but i think the 5.11 Tactical Pants are 100% cotton and the Taclite Pro pants are the polyester mix.

@ballantynejones they make a few different models of pants and these are the mixed fabric not the 100% cotton model

i wish they didnt have a mag pocket, looks silly wearing them on the street

The double stitching on the front pockets is not to keep your knife in. It is so your knife will not rip your pockets. It is a common problem with standard pants for people who wear a knife a lot. Just a little FYI, when talking about the MK23 you call it a Mark 23, not "M" "K" 23.
