check out wikipidea DmC. It says that the story is totally not related to DMC1, DMC3 and DMC4 That means some character we knew will no longer exist. DmC is inventing a new story on their own and CAPCOM granted that full authority. Just like Resident Evil it is different compare in the hollywood movie and the capcom game version.
