how to have business visa in China

This is good . helps contain the arrogance of forgenrs who think China needs them. Many people still dont know China is ahead, not behind, their countries. Some forgners are criminals who should be kept out of China

be careful, you can't actually work on a "Business Visa" (F-Visa).
This is meant for foreigners coming for short term stays for meetings and such. It is limited to a maximum of 6 months, but can be extended up to a year later. You can't legally work in China with this visa.

However if it's for a year it should be a "Work Visa" (Z-Visa) and you shouldn't have any problems.
