http://www.pbs.org/pov/beachesofagnes/ In The Beaches of Agnès, Agnès Varda uses film clips, old photos and gorgeous reenactments to revisit her Belgian youth, association with the French New Wave, marriage to director Jacques Demy (The Umbrellas of Cherbourg) and the making of her movies.
POV's The Beaches of Agnes premieres on most local PBS stations Tuesday, June 29 at 10 PM. It will also be available in its entirety online from June 30, 2010 to August 14, 2010.
I was just watching this last night again. She is amazing. I love her perspective and incredible influence. Thanks.

Just watched this wonderful film, homage to cinema, a love story, film revolution in France, and the personal story of an extraordinary woman. I defy anyone not to be touched by it.
